Will Floyd's apology for his youtube rant ever be accepted?

I know it was a disgraceful rant and it was racist but i don't think Floyd meant for it to come out as a racist assault.Floyd did come out after wards and said so himself.If he intentionally wanted to be racist then why would he apologize.Pacquiao said it best that it was an uneducated message,so why do people still keep bringing it up all the time?
