Are the hockey gods frowning on Canadian cities preventing them to win the Cup because of the poor example ...?

... set by Vancouver folks last night? That was some disgraceful behavior. Canadians haven't won the Cup since 1993. Why the long stretch w/ no Cup in Canada?
