Crazy Neighbors or are we overreacting?

goooooddd!!!!! These persons are C-R-A-Z-Y!!!! You pay for your own internet, you don't have to share it! And I have annoying neighbors upstairs too!!! You know what I do when they are making too much noise? I take a broomstick and start hitting on the roof and they stop!!! hahahah its funny, but don't worry!!! You are not crazy, they are!!
