What is your opinion of martial arts Dojo and Dojangs that promote students regardless of skills?

I agree with everyone I've done jeet kune do for about 4 years and am about half way to black belt but have learned so much so it's not because I can't do anything, I also hold a black belt in a karate and taekwondo both are mcdojos.I have had to unlearn all that stuff to get better and both of those belts combined took four years to get and I was about 8 when I got them.
