Help please, should I come out to my parents, they're really catholic?

I think you should if your ready for them to go. My mom and step dad were Very against gay people even if they were in love with them before they knew that person was gay. But my parents still love me and have accepted me for who I am. Even some of my friends have asked their parents who are VERY religious what they would do if they were gay and they even said they would accept them. So tell them they will still love you.
