I have been doing weights for some time now, an I've noticed a difference in my strength, health and size. I'm concerned with my definition / tone though, because although I notice the difference when I tense my muscles, when I'm not tensing, they hardly seem ripped or toned? Why is this? I don't have major bodyfat? I'm 5'11 - 170lbs, easy 10points 2 best answer?
