Please help! lump on my ear is pushing the piercing down, and theres only about 1mm until my ear lobe will rip?

i have had my ear pierced for over a year, and a big lump has developed.. it has caused the stud to move down further towards the bottom of my lobe. im scared pretty soon it will rip out the bottom, on my ear there is a line from where the hole was, to where it is now.. what do i do?!
