Jacked 3d. Good or bad. Help!!!!?

I'm going to take it and I wanted to know if this is steroids. I mean I know that all drugs are steroids. But does it have that effect where once you stop using it, it makes your body all big. Kinda like having tight fat on you. Your muscles start losing their tight ripped form.
