Hair brush stuck ..help please!!!?

So today I was stupid and twisted my mini fringe thing into a round hairbrush whig is fully covered in bristles. It didn't come out and after three hours it came out a little but the main fringe was stuck. In the end my whole like fringe thing had ripped and left a small patch where my parting is on my head...it's not like a big fringe just like a clump of hair that can give shape to my hair..will my hair finally grow back..in that area and what an I do to make hair grow faster? I'm 13 btw
