Harry Pottter copied Twilight?

I have been a fan of Twilight before it was even popular.And then,this "Harry Potter" comes and steals everything! I was looking at one of the books,and a guy named Sirius Black turns into a werewolf.They like,totally ripped that off of Twilight.Jacob and his hot gang were were-wolfs first.Twilight made that concept.No one else thought of were-wolfs.Gawd,what a bunch of copycats.Also,they stole the name Black too.Gawd.
