Is our friendship over or can this be sorted out ?

ive been friends with a man for 3 years, we got on so well until this year when i discovered he had been lying to me a lot. he made up some stories about owning an expensivebusiness and a sports car but told contradictions at the same time. hes in a lot of debt and ive helped him endlessly, he knows ive always been there for him and thats been a problem as he doesnt value me. recently he asked me to send an email from his account which i did and discovered hes been chatting online with a filipino girl and sending her money. last week she scammed him and hes cut up over it but has lied and told e she was english and never sent her anything but i saw the email ! its ruined the friendship which is sad and im really upset we were very close and i told him the friendship was through but i still have to work with him everyday. i wish we could sort it out but he will never admit the lies so what do i do shall i email him and sort it out or leave it ?
