Who is god and where does he live?

where is he ? ...why does he watch children die? ...why does he watch good people die? ...why did he show his miracles to some people a long time ago as proof of his existance but not to any one now? ...why did he make the universe so infinate when he created us to live on a little round speck of dust? ...what was the point in dinosaurs? ...why does society believe war is disgraceful when god commanded wars for his people in the early days? ...oh and the question that gets me the most is why did he command that guy to kill his son (cain or abel im not sure) out of faith????? i can tell you now if anyone asked me to kill my child out of faith i would ....(expletive)..... them ........................double standards????????????
