Someone help please! Nose is burning?!?

Ok, i had this spot on the right side of my nose, so i went to put some warm water on it from a wet rag, i put the rag under the tap and put it on my nose, and the water was scalding! its ripped a little circle of skin off up above the spot,and other than that my nose is red and burning still, this happened 10 minutes ago,what should i do?:( im afraid its going to scar!:(
