Do true Christians have to 100% agree with EVERYTHING in the Bible?

Yes, especially the new testament ones. The old testament laws were part of the old covenant. Covenants are only in effect while both testifiers live. Thus when Jesus died, the old covenant came to a conclusion, and the new one began.
