What do my dreams mean?

Last year a couple friends and i were stuck in a rip current and had to be rescued. I havent been to the beach since. In the last few months i keep having dreams about being at the beach, and most of them are me getting stuck under a wave and its really vivid. im kind of scared to go in the ocean this summer cause i dont want it to happen again.
