Help!!! My bikes tire the outside side part not the tube inside is a little bit ripped ?

Recently I found out that my bikes tire the outside side part not the tube has a small rip in on it. If I ride my bike will the tube pop ? Again is not the tube that's ripped but is te tire that has a little hole and I was wondering if this could cause the tube to pop the hole is not big but very small
